"I was interested in browsing around and…"
I was interested in browsing around and maybe placing an order, but the website made it harder than it needed to be. Some pages loaded slowly, the menus weren’t super clear, and I kept having to backtrack just to find what I was looking for. I don’t think it’s a bad idea overall, but the checkout process didn’t feel very smooth either. After a while, I just gave up. It has potential, but the site really needs to be easier to use.

"Smelled good, but cleanup was kind of a pain"
It smelled nice, I’ll give it that. But after using it, there was this leftover residue that just didn’t come off easy. Had to scrub it more than I wanted, which was annoying

"Scent Didn't Really Hit"
The scent was just way too weak for me. I was expecting it to stand out more, but it kind of faded into the background almost right away. Not terrible or anything, just barely there...

"First impression was mostly good"
My first impression was positive since most of my items arrived as expected. The only downside was that one of the scents was wrong, which was a little disappointing. Overall, not a bad experience, but I wish everything had matched my order

"Why is the pet safety info so hard to find?"
I was ready to order, but I couldn’t find clear info about whether this is actually safe for pets. That’s frustrating and feels like something they should make obvious, not make customers dig around for. My cat gets into everything, so I’m not taking that risk because the company didn’t bother to explain it properly.

Some of the scents are actually really nice, but i was kind of disappointed by how limited the variety is. I expected more options to choose from, and it got frustrating quickly because everything started to feel a bit repetitive

"Nice scents, but not quite worth the price"
I thought the scents were decent, and the packaging was perfectly fine, so I don’t want to be unfair and say it was a bad product. That said, for the price, I expected the fragrance to last a bit longer. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but overall it felt a little overpriced for what I got. I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless the value improved.

Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but the place didn’t really look like the photos when I got there. The pictures made it seem a lot nicer than what I actually experienced, so I left feeling a bit misled...

"Color Didn't Last Long"
I liked it at first, but the color seemed to fade way too fast. I can’t remember if it was after a few days or maybe a week, but it definitely felt sooner than I expected.

"Nice smell, just wish it stuck around"
I actually liked this a lot at first. The scent is really nice and not too strong, which is probably why it didn’t last that long, I guess. After a little while I couldn’t really smell it anymore, but I still think it’s good because it smells great when you first put it on.

"Easy enough to use, but a little clunky"
I was able to get around the site without much trouble. I found the scents I wanted, the product pages made sense, and checking out was straightforward once I had everything in my cart.
The only thing I noticed from actually using it is that a few areas felt slower than they needed to, and I had to click around a bit to find certain details. It didn’t stop me from ordering, but the experience would feel better if the site was a little smoother and easier to navigate

"Polite support, but a bit slow"
My experience with customer service was okay overall. They did get back to me and eventually helped sort out the issue, but it took longer than I expected. I also had to ask the same question twice, which made the whole thing feel a little frustrating. To be fair, they were polite once they responded, so I wouldn’t say it was bad. It just wasn’t the smoothest or fastest support experience...

I wish the ingredients were listed more clearly. I had to spend extra time looking around just to figure out what was in it, which felt like more effort than it should’ve been

The wax melts worked fine in my warmer, so I’ll give them that. The scent was actually nice for the first hour, but then it faded way quicker than I expected, which was a little frustrating. They’re not terrible by any means, just kind of average. I may try a different scent before I completely write them off.

"Using the points was kind of a hassle"
The loyalty rewards sounded good at first, but actually trying to use the points was confusing. I couldn’t get the discount to apply the way it was supposed to, and after messing with it for a while, it just felt like a waste of time

"Good products, just wish they were easier to get"
I liked the items I was able to grab, and my gut feeling is that the store has some really nice stuff overall. The only downside was that a few things I had my eye on were out of stock, so I had to come back and check again later. Not a bad experience, just feels like the inventory can be a little hit or miss

"Arrived on time, but the packing could’ve been better"
My order showed up right on schedule, so no complaints there. I did notice the box was a little squashed on one corner, though, and one of the items had leaked just a tiny bit around the edge of the cap. It wasn’t enough to ruin anything, but I did have to wipe it off before putting it away. Overall it was fine, just not packed as neatly or securely as I was expecting

"Smells nice, but my skin didn’t love it"
So, the scent was actually really nice, but yeah, after just one use my skin got itchy. I guess it’s just not the best option if you have sensitive skin like me.

"Slow shipping and not much communication"
I ordered from wearesassyscents.com the shipping took way longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was that I didn’t really get clear updates about when my order was actually going to arrive, so I was just left wondering. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. Not the best first experience for me
